About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented visual communication designer who can transform complex information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand communication.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and experience creating high-quality reports, technical documents, presentations, brochures, and other long-form communication assets while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop visually compelling reports, whitepapers, manuals, brochures, case studies, technical documents, and corporate publications using Adobe InDesign.
- Create structured layouts that communicate complex information with clarity and visual consistency.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all communication and design materials.
- Apply solid principles of typography,



grids, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
- Prepare high-quality print-ready and digital-ready artwork while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Work with large volumes of content and organize information into clear, engaging visual formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Review designs thoroughly to ensure accuracy in formatting, content placement, and overall presentation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams on print production and pre-press requirements when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in visual communication design, editorial design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout design, grid systems, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience designing long-form documents such as annual reports, ESG/sustainability reports, technical manuals, policy documents, whitepapers, or corporate publications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of content.
- Ability to maintain visual consistency and adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Good understanding of print production and pre-press processes will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
