Job Description

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken Spoken English & Personality Development Trainer to train students and young professionals in communication, professional skills, personality development, and employability skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong presentation skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor learners. Candidates with additional knowledge of Civil Engineering and HR will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive sessions on Spoken English and Communication Skills.
- Train students in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and everyday English.
- Conduct Personality Development and confidence-building sessions.
- Develop students' presentation, public speaking, interview, and group discussion skills.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Train students in professional communication and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct sessions on resume/CV preparation and job-readiness skills.
- Help students improve confidence, body language, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct soft-skills activities, role plays, group discussions, and presentations.
- Track student progress and provide individual mentoring.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, activities, and assessments.

Civil Engineering Knowledge — Added Advantage

Candidates having a Civil Engineering background or practical knowledge of civil engineering will be given preference.

- STAAD.Pro / ETABS
- Quantity Estimation
- Construction Management
- Surveying
- Structural Engineering basics




- Site Engineering
- Project Planning
- Construction industry terminology

This additional knowledge will be useful for training civil engineering students and fresh graduates in both technical communication and career development.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, HR, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Education, or a related field.

Candidates from other educational backgrounds with excellent communication and training skills may also be considered.

Experience

- Previous experience as a Spoken English Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Personality Development Trainer, HR Trainer, Faculty, Corporate Trainer, or Communication Skills Trainer is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience and strong communication skills may also apply.
- Freshers with excellent English, confidence, and strong subject knowledge may be considered.
