Job Title: Material Handler – Shift Lead

Job Location: Bangalore

POSITION SUMMARY:

Warehouse Supervisors are responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, updating inventory counts and issuing goods to fulfill production orders. In addition, they are responsible for securing the warehouse as well as supervising Shift staffs.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Analyze shipment logs

· Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.

· Track inventory levels against each Materials Dispensed to Production

· Make suggestions for productivity improvements

· Optimize employee workflow

· Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs

· Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.

· Communicate and collaborate with other team members

· Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education or Experience (in years):

· Diploma / bachelor’s degree (supply chain Background is preferrable)





· Minimum 2-4 years experience in warehouse operations

· Experience with managing people in shifts.

Knowledge and skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

· Ability to anticipate and solve problems.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to meet deadlines.

· Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems (SAP, Excel etc)

Physical requirements/abilities:

· Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift 25 lbs.

· Physically agile and dexterous.

· Ability to handle Material Handling Equipment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
