Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead and manage our website sales operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the website sales operations team, overseeing daily workflows and team performance.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards for the team; monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
- Develop and optimize processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of website sales operations.
- Monitor website sales data and metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer service, etc.) to support sales objectives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.




- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on team performance and sales operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of management experience, ideally leading a team of similar size and function.
- Prior experience in website/e-commerce sales operations or a closely related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
