About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 3+ years of practical experience working under a Chartered Accountant (CA) or in a CA firm.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, income tax, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and audit-related work. Candidates who have worked with multiple clients under a CA and have strong practical exposure to accounting and statutory compliance will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and review GST returns, GST reconciliations, and related compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, returns, and reconciliations.
- Assist with income tax return preparation and tax-related work.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Support audit and taxation assignments under the guidance of the CA.
- Prepare schedules, working papers, MIS reports, and other financial statements as required.




- Coordinate with clients for accounting documents and statutory compliance requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely correction.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all accounting and compliance activities are completed within the required deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills

- 3+ years of practical experience working under a CA / in a CA firm is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting.
- Experience in handling accounts for multiple clients will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and finalization of accounts.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
