Job Overview

ElevateX Now Business Service is seeking a results-driven, highly persuasive Sales Executive to join our team at HiLITE Business Park. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, prospecting qualified leads, delivering effective pitches, and closing sales to expand our business footprint.

Candidates with prior experience in EdTech sales or high-volume consultative selling are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential business prospects, qualify incoming leads, and build a strong, continuous sales pipeline.
- Consultative Pitching & Closing: Conduct phone calls, virtual demonstrations, and in-person presentations to communicate value propositions and close deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, understand their core requirements, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Pipeline Tracking:



Maintain complete accuracy in tracking leads, client interactions, follow-up schedules, and deal statuses in company systems.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the back-office and management teams to ensure efficient delivery of promised client solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience. Prior experience in EdTech sales or educational product/service selling is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; high confidence on sales calls and in face-to-face meetings.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and CRM or sales tracking software.
- Key Traits: High energy, goal-oriented, persuasive negotiator, and resilient under target pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
