Job Summary

ROVEX Roofing is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to prepare accurate technical drawings for roofing and roof truss projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for roof truss and roofing projects.

Prepare structural and fabrication drawings based on site measurements and project requirements.

Develop roof truss layouts, member details, connection details, and fabrication drawings.

Prepare material/quantity details and assist in BOQ preparation.

Convert site measurements and design requirements into accurate CAD drawings.

Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, fabricators, and the sales/estimation team.

Make drawing revisions based on site conditions and engineering requirements.

Prepare drawings for fabrication and installation teams.

Maintain proper records of drawings and revisions.

Visit project sites when required for measurements and drawing verification.

Requirements

1–3 years of AutoCAD experience preferred.

Experience in roof truss, steel fabrication, structural steel, roofing,



or construction drawings is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.

Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.

Good understanding of dimensions, sections, elevations, and fabrication details.

Knowledge of MS Office/Excel preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Freshers with valuable AutoCAD skills may also be considered.

Added Advantage

Knowledge of SketchUp 3D will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
