- Perform deep packet analysis and end-to-end network forensics.
- Provide technical leadership during major outages.

- Network Architecture & Engineering

- Design and review network solutions across:
- Campus Networks
- Data Center Networks
- Cloud Networking
- Hybrid Connectivity
- SD-WAN
- Network Security Platforms

- Review architecture against scalability, resiliency, and security standards.
- Develop high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.

- Reliability Engineering

- Define reliability metrics, monitoring standards, and operational KPIs.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and drive corrective actions.
- Reduce recurring incidents through engineering improvements.
- Lead performance tuning and network optimization initiatives.

- Automation & Innovation

- Develop network automation solutions using:
- Python
- Ansible
- Terraform
- REST APIs

- Build automated remediation workflows.
- Drive Network as a Code (NaaC) adoption.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Engage vendors during critical failure investigations.




- Manage relationships with technology partners and service providers.
- Provide technical guidance to project and delivery teams.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and executive reporting.

- Mentorship

- Mentor L1 and L2 engineers.
- Develop troubleshooting standards and best practices.
- Lead technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
