We are looking for a Sales Officer with 3+ years of experience in the salon, beauty, skincare, or haircare industry. The role requires strong expertise in territory sales, customer handling, distributor coordination, and sales & collection management. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, commercially aware, and capable of building strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Responsibilities

- Managing top customers and monitoring business, collection, visibility, and activities across the assigned territory.
- Meeting key clients regularly and negotiating business opportunities.
- Achieving sales and collection targets through close coordination with teams, dealers, and super stockists.
- Driving visibility targets in line with brand priorities and market requirements.
- Planning and achieving primary and secondary sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Implementing company schemes and promotional activities across the territory.
- Maintaining accurate sales and sales-point data.




- Ensuring complete financial discipline across assigned territory and channels.

Requirements

- 3+ years of sales experience in the salon, beauty, skincare, or haircare industry.
- Strong exposure to territory sales, customer management, and channel coordination.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Experience in primary and secondary sales planning and execution.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Graduate qualification preferred.
