Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Deliverables:

- Support field through troubleshooting on the system.
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
- Monthly hold clearance.
- Process analysis & sharing of best practices with the team.
- Coordinate with Sales and ensure a mechanism is in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
- Liaisoning with the functional team - Operations, Risk, Banking, to cover process gaps.
