About the Role

Caterspoint Futuristic Foods is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and skilled LMS Videographer & Video Editor to create high-quality learning and training content for our Learning Management System (LMS).

The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and developing engaging training videos, educational content, operational videos, product demonstrations, and other visual content required by the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional photo shoots and video shoots for LMS and training purposes.
- Shoot high-quality training, operational, instructional, and educational videos.
- Understand and apply appropriate camera angles, framing, lighting, composition, and shot selection.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, professional, and easy-to-understand learning videos.
- Create short-form and long-form video content as per training and business requirements.
- Use AI-based editing tools to improve video quality, speed up production, and create innovative content.
- Create AI-generated videos and visual content whenever required.
- Add appropriate transitions, text, graphics, subtitles, voiceovers, background music, and other elements to improve content quality.
- Coordinate with the HR, Operations, Training, Marketing, and other departments to understand content requirements.
- Ensure all LMS videos follow the company's training standards and branding requirements.




- Maintain and organize video footage, project files, photographs, and other creative assets properly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, video editing, AI tools, and digital learning content.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of camera operations and camera angles.
- Good understanding of photography and professional photo shoots.
- Experience in video shooting and video making.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of AI video editing and AI-generated videos.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to explore new tools and technologies.
- Self-confident and creative personality.
- Punctual and disciplined towards work and deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Performance Metrics / KPIs

The performance of the LMS Videographer & Video Editor will be measured on the following parameters:

1. Content Production

- Complete assigned video shoots and editing projects within agreed timelines.
- Meet the monthly target for LMS/training video production as assigned by management.
- Ensure timely delivery of urgent and priority projects.

2. Quality of Content

- Maintain high standards of video clarity,



audio quality, lighting, framing, and editing.
- Ensure videos require minimal rework or corrections.
- Follow approved company branding and content guidelines.

3. Turnaround Time

- Complete editing and revisions within the committed timeline.
- Respond quickly to urgent content requirements.
- Maintain effective project planning to avoid unnecessary delays.

4. AI & Innovation

- Regularly explore and implement suitable AI tools for video creation and editing.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve LMS and training content.
- Contribute new formats, techniques, and creative approaches to enhance employee learning.

5. Collaboration & Communication

- Coordinate effectively with concerned departments and stakeholders.
- Clearly understand project briefs and deliver content as per requirements.
- Maintain professional communication and timely project updates.

6. Discipline & Ownership

- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects.
- Properly maintain and safeguard company equipment, footage, and creative assets.
- Follow all company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be creative, technically skilled, confident, disciplined, and eager to learn. The candidate should have a strong interest in videography, video editing, AI-based content creation, and digital learning.

Experience in creating training videos, corporate videos, educational content, social media videos, or instructional videos will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
