Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Client Consultation & Skin Analysis
- Conduct thorough skin assessments using diagnostic tools (e.g., magnifying lamps, skin scanners).
- Identify skin concerns (acne, pigmentation, aging, sensitivity) and recommend suitable treatments.
- Explain procedures, benefits, risks, and aftercare to clients.

Performing Skin Treatments

- Administer facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and hydra facial treatments.
- Assist in laser hair removal, IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), and radiofrequency treatments (if certified).
- Perform extractions, exfoliation, and deep-cleansing procedures.
- Apply medical-grade skincare products (serums, masks, peels).

Pre- & Post-Treatment Care

- Prepare clients before procedures (cleansing, applying numbing cream if needed).
- Provide detailed aftercare instructions to avoid complications.




- Recommend homecare products (cleansers, moisturizers, SPF).

Assisting in Medical Procedures

- Support dermatologists/aesthetic doctors in Botox, fillers, micro-needling, or laser treatments.
- Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
- Handle medical equipment and ensure proper disposal of sharps/waste.

Product Knowledge & Sales

- Educate clients on skincare ingredients (retinal, hyaluronic acid, AHAs/BHAs).
- Promote clinic’s retail products and treatment packages.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
