Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage student relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel and guide students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Understand student needs and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and support students throughout the admission process




- Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience
- Manage branch operations and ensure smooth functioning

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Education/Training industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet targets
- Immediate joiners are preferred
