Workflow Automation — n8n,Make.com,Raspberry Pi Tools.

- Build and maintain complex multi-step automation workflows in n8n covering order processing, lead routing,

internal alerts, and data sync

- Integrate n8n with Shopify, HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business API
- Design error-handling logic, retry mechanisms, and monitoring for all live workflows
- Migrate manual repetitive processes into automated pipelines — target 20+ hours saved per week

AI Agent Development — Claude & OpenAI

- Build Claude API and OpenAI API-powered agents for customer support, content generation, and data extraction
- Design and implement prompt engineering frameworks for consistent, high-quality AI outputs
- Integrate AI agents into chat interfaces, email responders, and internal tools
- Stay current with Claude model updates (Anthropic), GPT releases, and emerging LLM capabilities

Business Process Automation

- Automate sales pipeline: lead capture → CRM entry → follow-up sequence → deal stage progression
- Build AI-powered document processing: invoice extraction, PO matching, compliance checklist automation
- Create automated reporting dashboards delivering weekly CEO briefings from multiple data sources

Documentation & Handover

- Document every automation with a plain-English workflow map for non-technical teammates
- Train team members on using and monitoring live automations
- Maintain a centralised automation registry with status, owner, and last-tested date

Requirements

- 1–4 years of hands-on automation experience — n8n is mandatory, not optional
- Proven Claude API or OpenAI API integration experience with real deployed use cases
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON parsing, and HTTP request nodes in n8n
- Experience connecting third-party tools via API: Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, or HubSpot
- Logical systems-thinking mindset — you see a manual process and design the automation
- Ability to document complex automations clearly for non-technical stakeholders





Bonus Skills (Strong Advantage)

- OpenAI Assistants API, function calling, or vector database integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Python scripting for custom n8n Code nodes or standalone automation scripts
- WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram Bot, or voice AI tool integration experience
