Delivery Consultant – Supply/Procurement

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up vehicles from customer locations and ensure a smooth and qualified vehicle handover.
- Verify and collect all required vehicle-related documents.
- Complete FASTag deactivation and perform basic vehicle checks during pickup.
- Coordinate with Supply/Procurement and Operations teams for timely vehicle movement.
- Safely drive and deliver vehicles to the designated Spinny hub.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle pickups, documentation, and handovers.
- Handle basic customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow all defined processes, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Good driving skills and confidence in handling different types of cars.




- Comfortable travelling to customer locations across the city.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow operational processes.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Preferred Attributes

- Prior experience in automobile, vehicle delivery, logistics, field operations, or customer-facing roles will be an

advantage.

- Basic understanding of vehicle documentation and handover processes.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
