NUAGE is a clean beauty and holistic wellness brand inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda and elevated through modern science.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to help us build NUAGE's digital presence from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys Instagram, Reels, content creation and visual storytelling — and wants hands-on experience working with an early-stage beauty and wellness brand.

Job Description

As a Social Media & Content Executive, you will work closely with the founder to plan, create and manage NUAGE's social media content.

You will be involved in the complete content process — from brainstorming ideas and shooting content to editing, designing and publishing.

Occasional on-location shoots in and around Dehradun may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Reels

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos with the founder
- Assist with on-location content shoots when required
- Plan shots, angles, transitions and visual storytelling
- Add captions, text, music, transitions and other elements to videos
- Create visually engaging and platform-appropriate content
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reels formats, sounds and content styles

Social Media Management

- Manage NUAGE's Instagram content calendar
- Schedule and publish Reels, posts and Stories
- Assist with captions, hooks and calls-to-action
- Maintain consistency in posting and brand aesthetics
- Track relevant trends, sounds and content formats




- Monitor basic content performance and identify what is working

Creative & Content Strategy

- Come up with fresh content ideas independently
- Develop Reel concepts, hooks and storytelling formats
- Think about what makes people stop scrolling, watch and share
- Bring content references and inspiration from Instagram, Pinterest, creators and other brands
- Suggest new ways to communicate NUAGE's brand story and values
- Translate the NUAGE visual identity into engaging social content

Required Skills

- Instagram and Reels
- Short-form video editing
- Canva
- Content creation
- Social media management
- Basic photography and videography
- Robust understanding of current social media trends
- Good visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Editing & Design Tools

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- CapCut
- InShot
- VN
- Canva
- Figma
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Illustration/design tools
- Other video editing or design software

You do not need to know every software. We care more about the quality of your work, creativity and visual eye.

Portfolio Matters More Than Your Resume

Your portfolio and actual work are more important to us than your formal experience.

You can share:

- Your personal Instagram account
- Reels or short-form videos you've created
- Content you've created for yourself
- Previous brand or freelance work
- College projects
- Canva designs
- Photography
- Social media pages you've managed
- Video editing samples

Applications without relevant work samples or a portfolio may not be considered.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, video editing or digital marketing is preferred.

Freshers and students with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
