Business Development – Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

Identify and approach new customers, distributors, dealers and retailers.

Generate leads through market visits, calls, WhatsApp, email and networking.

Convert prospects into regular business accounts.

OEM / ODM Business

Identify brands and companies looking for mobile chargers, cables, power banks, TWS, speakers and other accessories.

Develop OEM/ODM opportunities and coordinate samples, pricing and product customization.

Distributor & Dealer Network

Appoint distributors and dealers in new territories.

Develop and maintain robust channel relationships.

Monitor distributor stock, secondary sales and market coverage.

Market Development

Study competitor products, pricing, schemes and new launches.

Identify new products and market opportunities.

Expand business into untapped cities and states.

Sales & Revenue

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.





Prepare product-wise and customer-wise business plans.

Focus on profitable sales and timely payment collection.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with key customers.

Understand customer requirements and resolve commercial issues.

Develop long-term relationships with major accounts.

Product & Pricing Coordination

Collect market feedback on product specifications and pricing.

Coordinate with product, purchase and management teams for new requirements.

Support product launches and promotional activities.

Reporting & MIS

Submit daily visit/lead reports.

Maintain lead pipeline and follow-up status.

Submit weekly and monthly Target vs Achievement reports.

Track new customers, repeat orders and lost business.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
