Job Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in a relevant technical trade
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Understanding of machine installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as and when required
- Positive problem-solving and technical skills
- Responsible attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with machine installation and commissioning at customer sites
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance of machines
- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve machine-related issues
- Travel to customer locations whenever required
