Visit allocated customers at verified addresses to follow up overdue loan, EMI, credit-card, or other banking receivables.

Carry and display the company/client authorization card, verify customer identity, and communicate respectfully without intimidation or public disclosure.

Collect payments only through authorized modes; issue or facilitate valid receipts and never use an unauthorized personal account or payment channel.

Update geo-tagged visit feedback, customer response, PTP, contact details, dispute reason, and next action accurately after each visit.

Deposit collected amounts within the prescribed timeline and submit complete receipt/deposition proof for reconciliation.





Meet daily visit, contact, PTP, collection, and resolution targets while complying with customer-contact timings, client SOPs, and applicable recovery guidelines.
