Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Managers to join Emversity. The role involves extensive field work, particularly school outreach, conducting seminars, building institutional relationships, and generating quality leads. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with travelling locally, and passionate about engaging with students, schools, and other stakeholders to create awareness about Emversity's career-focused education programmes.

Key Responsibilities
● Conduct regular school outreach and institutional visits to build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
● Plan and conduct seminars, career counselling sessions, workshops, and student engagement activities in schools.
● Generate quality leads through school outreach, seminars, events, BTL activities, and other field initiatives.|




● Interact with students, teachers, school management, and other relevant stakeholders.
● Create awareness about Emversity's healthcare and hospitality career programmes.
● Understand student requirements and effectively communicate programme advantages and career opportunities.
● Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
● Maintain regular follow-ups with generated leads and support the admissions process.
● Track daily field activities, lead generation, conversions, and business performance.
● Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and enrolment targets.
● Explore new schools, institutions, and local networks to expand Emversity's outreach.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
