- First 3 months: focused on training, learning, and understanding the work process.
- Next 3 months: Paid internship, with the stipend/salary determined based on your performance and contribution.
- After successful completion of 6 months: Based on your overall performance and company requirements, you will be considered for a full-time position with a company offer letter and salary as per the applicable company package
- Key Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop, as it will be required for the internship and day-to-day work.
