About Naati Grains

Naati Grains is a traditional and natural products store offering a range of natural groceries, millets, cold-pressed oils, traditional cookware, bronze products and other healthy food products.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Retail Sales Executive to manage our Mahadevapura store and provide an excellent shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain the quality, benefits, usage and uniqueness of our products to customers in a simple and convincing manner.
- Actively engage with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Handle billing and customer payments accurately.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is clean and well organised.
- Take care of stock checking, purchase requirements and inventory management.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and inform the management about replenishment requirements.
- Receive and check incoming products and ensure proper storage and arrangement.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries and provide good after-sales service.




- Support promotional activities and offers at the store.
- Maintain daily sales and stock-related records.
- Take overall responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be sales-oriented and confident in speaking with customers.
- Willingness to learn about natural, traditional and healthy products.
- Should be able to explain product benefits clearly.
- Positive attitude, energetic and responsible.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing experience will be an advantage.
- Retail/FMCG/grocery sales experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and have a genuine interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Working Details

Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: 26 days per month

Key Performance Areas

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for:

Customer Service + Sales + Product Knowledge + Stock/Purchase Management + Store Operations

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the store and actively contribute to increasing sales and repeat customers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
