About the Role

Nanma Branding is looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer / Video Editor who can take ownership of the complete video-content process — from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, brand content and social-media campaigns, while also using modern AI and automation tools to improve the speed and quality of production.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for brands and social media.

· Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.

· Handle camera, lenses, lighting and basic audio setups.

· Develop creative concepts and convert briefs into compelling visual content.

· Edit videos with strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound design and colour correction.

· Create content suitable for different social-media platforms.

· Work with the creative/marketing team to understand campaign requirements.

· Manage the complete workflow from shooting → editing → revisions → final delivery.

· Maintain organized video footage, project files and assets.

· Stay updated with current video and social-media trends.





· Use AI tools and automation workflows for ideation, editing, captions, subtitles, enhancement and content production where appropriate.

Required Skills

· Strong videography and video-editing skills.

· Experience creating short-form social-media content.

· Positive knowledge of camera settings, composition and lighting.

· Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.

· Understanding of color grading, sound editing and motion graphics.

· Strong storytelling and creative thinking.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

AI & Automation

Candidates with practical experience using AI-powered video tools, automated editing workflows, AI-generated visuals, captions/subtitles, voice-over tools or content automation platforms will have an advantage.

Portfolio / Show reel — Mandatory

Candidates must provide a portfolio or show reel demonstrating their previous videography and editing work.

Applications without relevant work samples may not be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
