BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager from the EdTech industry who has previously worked with any of the following organizations:

- BYJU’S
- Physics Wallah (PW)
- Unacademy
- Vedantu
- Bhanzu

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in BDA team management, lead conversion, demo-driven sales, and closing high-value B2C deals over Video Calls (VC).

Key Responsibilities / KRA

- Drive cold calling performance through the BDA team and ensure consistent calling activity.
- Drive quality demo bookings by BDAs and maintain a strong demo pipeline.
- Cater to and manage scheduled demos with prospective students/parents.
- Conduct Video Call (VC) demos and effectively understand customer requirements.




- Close deals on the VC through strong consultative selling and objection handling.
- Monitor BDA performance, conversion funnels, and daily sales activity.
- Coach and push the team towards achieving daily and monthly revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirement

1) Fluency in Bengali is mandatory
2) Prior EdTech experience is mandatory, with previous experience at BYJU’S, Physics Wallah, Unacademy, Vedantu, or Bhanzu preferred/required.

Candidates should have a proven track record of managing BDAs, driving demos, and personally closing deals through VC.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
