Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls and messages.
- Make initial calls to current enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Attend and respond to missed calls promptly.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Share basic product/service information with customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and further follow-up.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer and enquiry information.
- Required Skills Good verbal communication skills.
- Hindi communication is essential; Chhattisgarhi/Odia/English can be an advantage depending on the location. Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups. Customer-friendly and professional attitude. Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
