Marketing & Brand Partnerships Associate :

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time | 12-Month Service Agreement

Compensation: ₹3 LPA (Approx. ₹25,000 Gross per month)

What You’ll Do

- Identify and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and bookings.
- Research and explore new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels.
- Reach out to event organizers, communities, startups, cafés, colleges, and local businesses for brand collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, hospitality partners, and complementary brands.
- Plan and execute brand activations, networking events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Head and Content Creator to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Develop collaboration proposals, partnership ideas, and marketing initiatives.
- Represent Nuvora Stays during meetings, networking events, and partnership discussions.
- Track campaign performance and partnership outcomes while suggesting improvements.
- Stay updated with hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Occasionally travel within Hyderabad for meetings, property visits, collaborations, and events.

Who We’re Looking For

- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Passionate about marketing, branding, business development, and networking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.




- Confident interacting with businesses, event organizers, creators, and partners.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify unique growth opportunities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willing to work full time from our Hyderabad office.
- Comfortable traveling within Hyderabad for meetings and marketing activities.
- English fluency is required (Telugu and/or Hindi are an added advantage).
- Startup mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership.
