Job Description – Social Media Manager
Location: Deonar, Chembur, Mumbai
Experience: 3–4 Years
Work Mode: Full-Time, Work from Office
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to take end-to-end ownership of multiple client accounts.

This is not just a posting and scheduling role. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, planning content, ideating campaigns and Reels, coordinating with creative teams, managing client communication, and analysing performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Ideate Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, campaigns, and topical content.
- Develop captions, copy directions, hooks, and content narratives.
- Write clear briefs for graphic designers, video editors, and content teams.
- Identify relevant trends and cultural moments for brands.
- Coordinate with design, video, performance marketing, and client servicing teams.
- Participate in and support content shoots when required.
- Present concepts, calendars, and recommendations to clients.
- Manage client feedback and ensure timely execution of revisions.
- Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule.




- Monitor content performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on social media experience.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent understanding of Reels and short-form video content.
- Robust content ideation and creative thinking skills.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and interacting with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and content calendars.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
