About the Role

RAD Designer Studio is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Store Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day accounting, cash handling, inventory, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Cash Management

- Handle daily sales and purchase entries.
- Maintain cash book and daily cash transactions.
- Manage billing, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Reconcile cash, UPI, card, and other payment collections.
- Maintain basic bookkeeping and financial records.
- Coordinate with the management/accountant for accounts-related requirements.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and expense reports.

Store & Inventory Operations

- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks.
- Track product movement, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of merchandise.
- Coordinate stock requirements and replenishment with management.

Store Supervision

- Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain proper records of sales, stock,



and store expenses.
- Coordinate with staff regarding daily store activities.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Handle customer-related billing or operational queries when required.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in accounts, cashier, inventory, retail, or store operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience with billing/POS software will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage cash and inventory accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
