Job Summary

Aakruti Construction is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure smooth execution of work at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising labour, coordinating with contractors, monitoring work quality, managing materials, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.

Allocate work to labour and supervise their day-to-day activities.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Monitor RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.

Check quality of materials and workmanship.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors.

Monitor material availability and minimize material wastage.

Maintain daily labour attendance and Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

Monitor project progress and report updates to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials.





Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.

Maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and proper work practices.

Ensure workers follow required safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of construction site activities and execution.

Practical knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, and finishing work.

Ability to understand basic construction drawings.

Valuable labour and contractor handling skills.

Knowledge of construction materials and their applications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain daily site records and reports.

Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.

Candidates with relevant practical construction experience may also be considered.

2–4 years of experience in construction/site supervision required.

Candidate Profile

Pay: ₹10,156.90 - ₹25,000.00 per month
