Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR preferred
- Decent understanding on basics of HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have Good knowledge in MS Office tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
- Attendance and Leaves management.
- Joining, Relieving Formalities.
- Maintaining positive relationships with candidates and employees.
- Performance Management.
