Job Title: Security Guard
Organization: Rebirth Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre, Jalandhar

Job Summary:
Rebirth Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors, premises, and assets. The ideal candidate will maintain discipline, monitor activities, and provide a secure environment within the hospital premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor entry and exit of staff, patients, visitors, and vehicles.
- Maintain security at hospital gates, reception areas, wards, and surrounding premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hospital building and premises.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, fire alarms, or security incidents.
- Assist patients and visitors by guiding them to relevant departments when required.
- Ensure proper visitor management and maintain visitor records.
- Report any unusual incidents, damages, or safety hazards to management immediately.




- Support hospital staff during emergencies or crowd control situations.
- Maintain discipline and order in waiting areas and public spaces.
- Ensure compliance with hospital security protocols and policies.
- Coordinate with local police, fire services, or emergency responders when required.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in security services preferred.
- Physically fit and alert.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
- Basic understanding of hospital safety procedures is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

- Rotational shifts including day/night duty.
- Must be available on weekends and holidays if required.

Salary:
As per company norms and experience.

Location:
Rebirth Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre, Jalandhar.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
