Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate engaging and evidence-based virtual meditation sessions via a secure platform.
- Customize content to meet the needs of diverse individuals, including those with mobility or balance challenges.
- Guide clients through techniques like breathwork, body scans, and mindfulness to promote relaxation and well-being.
- Foster a calm, inclusive, and trauma-informed workplace.

Qualifications:

- Active certification in meditation teaching.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in virtual facilitation.




- Deep understanding of meditation and mindfulness principles.
- Excellent verbal communication and digital fluency.
- Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability.
