About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our presence.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 360° marketing, branding, PR & media, content, digital and offline marketing, along with a strong understanding of real estate customers and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for the brand and projects.
- Drive brand positioning, campaigns and marketing communication.
- Manage PR, media relations, influencer and industry outreach.
- Lead content strategy and social media communication.
- Oversee digital marketing, performance campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Plan and execute offline marketing, events, activations and project launches.
- Manage creative, digital, PR and media agencies.




- Track competitors, market trends and customer behaviour.
- Work closely with Sales and other teams to align marketing with business and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

- 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Real Estate / Premium Residential / Luxury / Lifestyle.
- Strong hands-on experience in 360° marketing and brand building.
- Experience across PR, Media, Content, Digital and Offline Marketing.
- Good understanding of the real estate market.
- Robust communication, strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Ability to independently drive campaigns from concept to execution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
