Walk-in Drive
15th – 17th September 2026
Venue: RPG House, Worli
- Facilitate engaging, child-centric learning sessions for students in government schools.
- Support the development of curriculum, learning modules and physical/digital content.
- Work with the Training and other teams to develop and deliver effective learning programs.
- Coordinate with teachers, government officials, volunteers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate student, beneficiary and program records.
- Observe sessions and track program impact through reports and feedback.
- Facilitate PAF’s Functional English program across rural and urban communities.
- Contribute to innovative ideas and other Foundation programs and initiatives.
We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in the education sector.
- Graduate in Social Work, Education or an equivalent field.
- Strong English communication skills; Marathi is preferable.
- Prior experience working with children.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Passion and commitment towards working with children and teachers.
- Adaptable, proactive and able to see the bigger picture.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
