Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, and employee engagement for our 20+ member organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and attendance systems
- Develop and execute HR policies and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Plan employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
- Handle basic payroll coordination, leaves, and compliance tracking
- Support the leadership in workforce planning and organizational development

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in HR generalist or managerial role
- Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
