Behind The Scene Weddings | Udaipur

We’re looking for an Event Production Executive to join our production team and help turn wedding décor concepts into smooth, on-ground executions.

What you’ll do:
⁠ ⁠Assist with wedding décor setup, production & dismantling
⁠ ⁠Coordinate with decorators, fabricators, florists, vendors & venue teams
⁠ ⁠Manage décor materials, props, furniture, logistics & deliveries
⁠ ⁠Supervise on-site execution as per approved designs and layouts
⁠ ⁠Follow production schedules, checklists & event timelines
⁠ ⁠Handle last-minute on-ground requirements and troubleshooting
⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with the design and production teams

We’re looking for:
3 years of experience in wedding/event production preferred




Good communication & vendor coordination skills
Solid on-ground execution and problem-solving ability
Responsible, organised & proactive
Comfortable working under pressure, late hours & event schedules
Willing to travel for events when required
Mandatory proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome

Location- Udaipur

Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, based on experience & fit.
