Hiring: Centre Coordinator

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Centre Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our coaching centre.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage daily class timetables.

Coordinate with parents regarding attendance, tests, schedules, fees, and academic updates.

Coordinate with teachers for class planning, substitutions, leaves, and academic requirements.

Handle student admissions, enquiries, counselling, and follow-ups.

Maintain student attendance, fee records, and centre documentation.

Manage calls, WhatsApp communication, emails, and parent queries. Schedule demo lectures and ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

Coordinate tests, worksheets, study materials, and report distribution.

Ensure classrooms are well-organized and classes run on time. Supervise support staff and monitor daily centre operations.





Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Resolve parent and student concerns professionally.

Support marketing activities, events, seminars, and parent meetings.

Ensure smooth coordination between students, parents, teachers, and management.

Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

Experience in managing operations in a school, coaching institute, or education sector preferred.
