Job Summary

We are looking for Telecalling & Sales Executives to handle abandoned sales follow-ups, customer calls, CRM management, and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong sales skills, and be comfortable working with CRM and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls for abandoned sales/order follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track leads, conversions, pending follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Use AI tools to improve customer communication and productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer and order-related queries.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and conversion skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Robust follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
