About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director with strong expertise in Real Estate and Prop Tech to lead the visual and creative direction of projects across digital experiences, real estate marketing, sales experiences, and technology-driven solutions.The ideal candidate is a solid storyteller and conceptual thinker who can turn a project's USP, architecture, location, lifestyle, and brand proposition into compelling visual narratives and experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts, visual narratives, and storytelling approaches for real estate and Prop Tech projects.Lead the creative direction for project launches, sales experiences, digital campaigns, walkthroughs, presentations, websites, videos, and interactive experiences.Translate real estate project USPs, architecture, amenities, and customer propositions into strong visual stories.Create concepts and storyboards for 3 D walkthroughs, videos, animations, interactive experiences, and digital content.Work closely with 3 D artists, motion designers, UI/UX designers, video teams, copywriters, and project teams to execute the creative vision.Develop creative directions that are original,



emotionally engaging, premium, and relevant to the target audience.Ensure consistency in visual language, storytelling, art direction, and overall creative quality.Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients and clearly communicate the thought process behind the concept.Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, visualization, digital experiences, Prop Tech, motion, interactive media, and real estate marketing.Explore how AI and new-age creative technologies can improve storytelling and visual experiences. What We're Looking For6–10 years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Direction, Visual Storytelling, or a similar role.Strong and proven Real Estate experience is mandatory.Experience working with Prop Tech, real estate technology, visualization, digital experiences, or technology-led real estate solutions is highly preferred.Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.Strong understanding of architecture, real estate marketing, lifestyle communication, and customer experience.Ability to develop a concept from idea → story → visual language → execution.Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and art direction.Experience working on premium/luxury real estate projects will be an advantage.Good understanding of 3 D visualization, motion graphics, video, UI/UX, and digital experiences.Ability to work with multiple teams and manage creative execution from concept to final delivery.
