The candidate will have end-to-end ownership of the domestic sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, technical and commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, order closure, collections, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in boiler sales, burner sales, industrial equipment sales, LPG, CGD, industrial gases, or similar technical B2 B products. This is a high-responsibility role for a sales professional who is confident in handling customers independently and is comfortable travelling extensively across India. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Enquiry Management Handle and respond to domestic enquiries received through websites, exhibitions, referrals, India MART/online portals, distributors, and existing customers. Generate new business through cold calling, market mapping, industry contacts, references, and customer visits. Qualify enquiries based on customer requirements, application, project value, timelines, and commercial potential. Maintain an updated lead and chance pipeline.



Ensure every enquiry is followed up within the defined timeline and no potential lead is left unattended. Sales & Business Development Develop and execute strategies to achieve domestic sales targets. Identify new markets, industries, customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, gas companies, bottling plants, and industrial end users. Develop new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat business. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and industry events. Quotation & Techno-Commercial Activities Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations. Coordinate with Design/Engineering teams for technical specifications and product suitability. Coordinate with Production/Operations teams for delivery schedules and order execution. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines. Maintain proper records of quotations and follow up until the opportunity is converted or closed as lost. Analyse lost quotations and provide feedback on pricing, competition, and customer requirements. Customer Relationship Management Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and purchase teams. Manage relationships with: LPG companies CGD companies Industrial gas companies EPC contractors OEMs LPG bottling plants Industrial end users Process industries Project consultants Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions. Handle customer queries, negotiations, and escalations professionally. Order Closure & Execution Coordination Negotiate and close orders while ensuring commercially viable terms for the company.
