About the Role

D Succeed Learners Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for a recruiter passionate about identifying and securing top talent across various business functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and manage candidates for roles in Sales (Business Development), IT, Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia) and other channels to build and maintain robust pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic assessments to evaluate candidates based on stability, industry fit, domain knowledge, and salary expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) or database to monitor candidate progress.
- Performance Metrics: Meet defined daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- Experience:



1.5 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or corporate).
- Industry Exposure: Experience hiring for EdTech, Education, Training, IT Certifications, or high-volume B2C Sales is preferred.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean searches) on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Availability: Ability to join within 15-30 days.
- Location: Proximity to Janakpuri, West Delhi, or North-West Delhi is preferred.
