About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Head to lead and expand our franchise business across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in healthcare franchise expansion, Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated (FOFO) operations, partner acquisition, and business development.

Industry: Healthcare / Pharma / Retail / Generic Medicines

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the franchise expansion strategy across regions.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners and investors.
- Manage the complete FOFO franchise lifecycle, from lead generation to store launch.
- Drive franchise sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Identify new markets, locations, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams for smooth store launches.




- Monitor franchise performance and provide business improvement strategies.
- Lead and mentor the franchise/business development team.
- Prepare regular MIS, business forecasts, and performance reports for management.

Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Franchise Business Development / Expansion.
- Strong experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Generic Medicine, Pharmacy, or Retail sectors.
- Proven experience in FOFO/franchise network expansion.
- Solid network and relationships with potential franchise partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial and business development acumen.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
