Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Rajkot. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for translating brand strategies into intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and social platforms. Daily tasks include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with visual designers, copywriters, and developers to deliver cohesive solutions. The role involves applying design thinking to solve client problems, running usability reviews, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency with each brand’s visual and verbal identity.



The Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, present concepts to internal teams and clients, and contribute to continuous improvement of Nirmaan’s design processes and standards.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills to solve complex problems and create user-centered solutions.
- Candidates should possess User Research skills, including conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Prototyping skills, including creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using modern design tools.
- Candidates should possess Visual Design skills, with the ability to craft clean, consistent, and brand-aligned interfaces and layouts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud) is beneficial.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design rationale to both creative teams and clients.
- Relevant education in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience in branding, digital product design, or agency environments is an advantage.
