Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Gurgaon. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, developing personalized treatment plans and therapy goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions as needed. The role involves close collaboration with other therapists, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care and effective carryover of strategies at home and school.



The Speech Therapist will also participate in case reviews, contribute to program development, and stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and the evaluation and treatment of speech-related concerns.
- Candidates should possess skills in assessing and managing Communication Disorders, including expressive and receptive language difficulties.
- Candidates should possess skills in addressing Language Disorders, with experience in designing targeted language intervention plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in identifying and treating Dysphagia, including safe swallowing strategies and related care plans.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant licensure or certification as required.
- Experience working with children and/or adults in clinical, school, or rehabilitation settings is highly beneficial.
- Robust interpersonal, counseling, and family-education skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to maintain clear documentation, manage a caseload effectively, and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
