Senior Executive – Medical Tenders

About Us

Krishna Enterprises is engaged in the medical consumables business and is expanding its institutional and government sales channel. We are looking for an experienced tendering professional to lead this function.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Tender Executive to independently handle end-to-end tender operations for medical consumable products — from tender identification and documentation to bid submission, follow-up, and order fulfilment coordination with government bodies, hospitals, and institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and hospital/institutional websites
- Prepare and compile tender documentation, technical bids, and financial bids in line with eligibility criteria
- Ensure timely submission of tenders (online/offline) with all required compliance documents (GST, licenses, quality certifications, etc.)
- Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams to gather technical specifications, pricing, and supporting documents
- Liaise with government departments, hospitals, and procurement agencies for tender clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and negotiations




- Track tender status, manage EMD/security deposits, and ensure timely follow-up on results
- Maintain a database of past tenders, rate contracts, and empanelments
- Ensure post-award compliance including contract execution, supply schedules, and documentation for payments
- Stay updated on tender norms, GeM policies, and government procurement guidelines relevant to medical consumables

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher degree.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in tendering, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare consumables
- Solid working knowledge of GeM portal, CPPP, and state-level e-procurement systems
- Excellent documentation, drafting, and follow-up skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for liaising with government and institutional buyers
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for bid preparation and tracking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
