Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Labour Compliance role based in Hyderabad. The role involves monitoring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies across production and retail operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with audits and inspections, and preparing compliance reports and documentation. The role also requires coordinating with HR and operations to implement corrective actions, updating stakeholders on regulatory changes, and supporting training initiatives on workplace standards, safety,



and fair employment practices.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of local, state, and national labor laws and regulations, including working hours, wages, and employee welfare.
- Experience in policy implementation and compliance monitoring within manufacturing, food, retail, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and basic HR administration, including handling audits and statutory filings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR, operations, and external authorities.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to identify and resolve compliance issues proactively.
- Comfort working on-site in a rapid-paced environment with production and frontline teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in labour compliance or HR operations is an advantage; familiarity with the food or hospitality industry is a plus.
