- About the Role
- As an Academic Counselor at Career Switch, you will interact with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable programs in:
- • Data Analytics
- • Data Science
- • Business Analytics
- • Investment Banking
- This is a Career Counseling and Consultative Sales role that offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on learners careers while building your own professional growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- • Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- • Understand their educational background, career goals, and skilled aspirations.
- • Conduct personalized career counseling sessions.
- • Recommend suitable programs based on learner requirements.
- • Explain program curriculum, career opportunities, placement support, fees, and payment options.
- • Address queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- • Follow up with qualified prospects and drive admissions.
- • Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.




- • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- • Build strong relationships with learners throughout their enrollment journey.
- • Collaborate with Training, Operations, Marketing, and Placement teams.
