About Dream Holidays

Dream Holidays is a growing international Travel Management Company, B2B Travel Consolidator and DMC, serving clients and partners across multiple African markets. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our growing Africa operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain ledgers, books of accounts, invoices, receipts and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor customer and supplier payments and outstanding balances.
- Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations.
- Track branch expenses and maintain financial documentation.
- Prepare and maintain monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with management and operational teams regarding accounts and payments.
- Maintain records of travel-related financial transactions.
- Assist with expense monitoring, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Support management with other accounting and finance-related activities

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience will also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Robust numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates with travel, tourism, hospitality or service-industry experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
