About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERPNext/Frappe implementations, requirement gathering, process mapping, user training, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients to streamline their manufacturing operations using ERPNext.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements.

* Configure and implement ERPNext modules with a focus on Manufacturing.

* Map business workflows to ERPNext best practices.

* Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.

* Configure and test manufacturing features such as:

* Bill of Materials (BOM)

* Work Orders

* Production Planning

* Job Cards

* Routings

* Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

* Subcontracting





* Quality Management

* Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and integrations.

* Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flow diagrams, and user manuals.

* Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery.

* Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

* Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

* Minimum 2 years of experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant.

* Strong knowledge of ERPNext/Frappe Framework.

* Hands-on experience with ERPNext Manufacturing module.

* Good understanding of:

* Inventory & Warehouse Management

* Procurement

* Sales & Purchase

* Production Planning

* Supply Chain Management

* Quality Control

* Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle.

* Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

* Ability to document business processes and functional specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

* ERPNext implementation experience in manufacturing industries.

* Knowledge of additional ERPNext modules such as Accounts, CRM, HR, or Projects.

* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
