About The Opportunity

Careerbloc is a fast-evolving HR tech and workforce strategy consultancy operating at the intersection of human capital, data-driven insights, and generative AI. We empower organizations across India to future-proof their talent ecosystems by embedding intelligent automation, predictive workforce analytics, and AI-augmented decision-making into core HR functions. As we scale our research and strategy vertical, we're seeking a sharp, tech-savvy HR Research & Strategy Associate who thrives on translating AI tools into actionable people strategies. Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct workforce trend research using AI-powered tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, Gloat, Beamery) to identify emerging talent gaps, mobility patterns, and skill adjacencies.
- Design and deploy AI-augmented survey instruments and sentiment analysis models to measure employee experience, DEI sentiment, and culture health.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate AI-driven insights into scalable HR strategies — including workforce planning, competency modeling, and retention playbooks.
- Partner with data science teams to preprocess and validate HR datasets for predictive modeling (e.g., attrition risk, promotion potential).
- Document and evangelize use cases of AI HR tools across internal and client-facing teams — creating toolkits, playbooks, and training modules.




- Stay ahead of the curve on HR Tech innovation — continuously evaluating new AI vendors, benchmarking ROI, and recommending pilot integrations.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- Experience with AI HR platforms (e.g., Eightfold, Phenom, Lattice, Visier, HireVue)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with HR analytics frameworks (e.g., People Analytics, Workforce Analytics)
- Strong understanding of HR tech stack (ATS, HRIS, LMS, HRMS)
- Ability to interpret machine learning model outputs for HR decision-making
- Experience with NLP tools for employee feedback analysis (e.g., Qualtrics XM, Medallia, Gensuite)

Preferred

- Exposure to Python or R for HR data analysis (Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Background in organizational psychology or behavioral economics
- Experience with generative AI tools in HR context (e.g., ChatGPT for job description generation, Claude for policy drafting)
